It's taken me some trial and error purchasing the correct sizing from Korean clothing companies online. I love the styles that are difficult to find for such low prices in American stores. I normally wear a US Medium (Asian XL) but after aforementioned trial and error I now go a size up to US Large (Asian XL). These cuts are all very slim so if you wear a US Medium go for the Large (Asian XL). I hope this helps.
I'm an entertainer and I purchased this jacket for stage clothes. Buttoned up it's got a very Beatle-esque look, especially with dark slim pants and ankle boots. Unbuttoned it's much cooler looking, like you just beat up some military school brat and took his jacket as a souvineir. The material is a gaberdine-like cotton. Very nice for the price. The buttons are attached well, better than Halloween costume quality but you might want to reinforce the threads as there are no spare buttons included. Also very fast shipping, arrived in Central MA in 2 days. If you're not sure I say buy it. This company is easy to work with on returning.
