I love Just Dance 2 Nintendo Wii

I wanted to wait and try it a few times before reviewing. This thing is addicting and absobloominglutely as fun as it gets. Some of the moves are downright hilarious. ("Monster Mash" comes to mind.) There is so much variety in music and movement. The best part - I really work up a sweat which is saying a lot for a video workout.
I jog/jump on my mini trampoline between songs while the new ones load to keep the heart rate going. Some of the dances that have fewer foot moves can also be enhanced on the rebounder, but most of the dances work up a sweat just fine on the floor.
I like the sweat mode feature where the workout stops when you bank the predetermined number of sweat points. It's cool because the amount of effort you put into the workout determines how long it has to be.
The colors and graphics are vivid and entertaining. As many have said, the moves are more accurately reflected than in the first version. The saving of progress is a huge plus. While I enjoyed the original Just Dance , I never got why the Wii was required for it since nothing was saved and the moves were so inaccurate. Could have just done a dance DVD and had the same experience. Just Dance 2 is so much better for incorporating motivation as well as record keeping into the workout which is the whole point of using the Wii.
I love it. If you liked Just Dance , you will LOVE Just Dance 2!!
I purchased a Nintendo Wii and I also got Just Dance 2. I did some of the game and noticed that the full song does not play. Why is that? Is that some special feature that gets unlocked the farther along in the game I go and the more points I get, or do I have to buy it from the Wii store? I am very new to the Nintendo Wii. I have played Just Dance 2 before, but everyone else's I've played, it showed that option. I have the Best Buy edition, if that means anything.
ReplyDeleteWell, I have a Nintendo Wii (good condition) and a bunch of games I also have 3 controllers 1 Wii wheel 1 tennis racket 3 nunchucks 1 golf club 2 chargeable battery packs and 3 cases for Wii remotes. The games are Just dance 2, Kirbys epic yarn, Guinness world records, Wii sports resort (i have 2 of those things that go on the controller), Wii play, Fifa 10 and 11, Mario kart Wii, new super Mario bros, super Mario galaxy, need for speed carbon and sponge bob square pants GLOBS OF DOOM. How much would that properly add up too? Thanks
ReplyDeleteI just bought the game Just Dance 2 on Nintendo Wii and I have been sweating a lot... I'm a really lazy person and I never have to motivation to go for a run or work out, but this seemed like such a good way to exercise... So it just made me wonder if it helps burn fat & and calories if you play it for around 45 minutes or so...
ReplyDeleteI was going to buy playstation 2, but then i started looking up nintendo wii, i was wondering what is better? I only want to play fun stuff like guitar hero, rock band, dance dance revolution etc, kind of stuff. I'm not a serious gamer I just want something fun!
ReplyDeleteI just wanna know everyone opinion out there on which workout/dance game is the best to buy for Nintendo Wii. I am planning on getting one for both me and my younger sister to do together but I want more of a workout. What do you all think? Give me titles, what you would rate it and I will research them myself. THANKS in advance to all who answers.
ReplyDeleteWe have never owned a video game console and are looking for one that would be best for young kids and adults. I am very interested in active games like Dance Dance Revolution so I am hoping someone will know the best system for all of us. We are definitely not interested in shoot-em-up games. I have been told to look at GameCube, PS 2, and Nintendo Wii. What do you think?
