I ordered two of these costume s, along with several other costume s, and this was by far the highest-quality costume . It looked great. There is a slight gap between the bottom of the pants and the top of the socks (on both my actors), especially if you're moving around a lot, so you might want to put on a pair of red or green tights underneath, or have a taller pair of red or green socks/stockings under the red and white striped socks. Also, the web site didn't let you specify special shipping, and it's not easy to get in touch with this vendor, which seems like it might be a one-guy operation. That's okay (if it helps keep costs down) Very nice guy, but this isn't his only job. Email is best for getting in touch with him once the order's been placed. Just plan ahead if you need the costume and allow normal shipping time. I ordered these Thanksgiving night and they arrived the following Friday. The costume looked really great on my elves. We performed an original music al for about 5,000 people in an outdoor concert and everyone loved it. I know the costume s were just the right touch!

I'm tall (6' 2) with a small waist (32) and a big chest (44). I chose the size that fit my chest and the rest worked fine. The pants were too short, so I went out and bought longer stockings. Also, if you're heavy the belt might be too small. It fit me, but a fat person might have trouble with it.

ReplyDeleteI ordered this costume for my 12 year old son for a stage production he was going to be in. I was afraid the Adult Medium would be too big for him but a child's costume was not going to cut it. When it was delivered I was first impressed with the garment bag it came in. Then I was impressed again with the quality when i took it out. It fit well. It was a little big, but looked adorable for the part. That costume held up beautifully through an entire week of tech rehearsals and 4 shows!! Even the shoe covers held up through it all. It was a great value and worth the price! It will be used again I'm sure of it!
