My 16 Month Old Loves This, Two Small Negatives

I love Gummib%C3%A4r The Gummy Bear Plush

My older kids are fans of the Gummibar videos on Youtube, and without realizing it my youngest was becoming a fan as well. He used to rock back and forth to the beat when he was just crawling. These days, at 16 months, he tries to dance... so when I saw this, I knew he'd love it. He carries Gummy around with him everywhere now. The toy is durable. If you press his bellybutton, he plays the beginning of the "I'm a Gummibar" song. Seems very well made...and the eyes seem quite sturdy. Even so, I don't leave it with him unattended. I did buy it directly from the Gummibar website--and there was free shipping.

Two Small Negatives:
1) No way to turn off the song/disable it. (On/Off switch like with many toys.)

2) No way to change the batteries when they die.

Edit: It's now early March (basically we've had the toy 3 months) and the batteries are dying. My son still adores it, but be forewarned, that they are short lived. (Granted, my son pushed Gummi's belly button all the time. :)) We definitely got more than twenty-five dollars of fun from it, though.
