I love Perfect Angel Adventures In Paradise

Perfect Angel is a must have album for anyone interested in Minnie Riperton. it is Stevie Wonder produced with arrangements by Wonderlove. Most of the songs are written by Minnie Riperton and husband Richard Rudolph, and are seriously funky, pretty or catchy tunes. A couple are Stevie Wonder songs which are classic Stevie chord progressions where you can really picture what it would sound like if Stevie was singing these himself. Overall just a great album.
Adventures in Paradise is a funky album, very clean production sounding like a classic LA sparkly clean Steely Dan or EWF production. I personally enjoy the first half of the album much better, up through "Inside My Love" then it starts to drop off for me. Still love the tunes and would highly recommend purchasing this version of Perfect Angel and Adventures in Paradise on one disc.
