I love Jeff Dunham Minding Monsters Blu ray
I am a big fan of Jeff Dunham, and I own every single DVD special he has ever come out with. The last special was disappointing. Some jokes were old or reused in a different and unfunny way. I was start ing to think Jeff couldn't come up with anything new. -- Then, "Minding the Monsters" came out. I nearly peed myself several times. All the jokes and stories in this special were new, fresh, and totally funny. The theme is simple -- All of Jeff's characters were given a Halloween theme that best suited them. Walter dressed as Frankenstein, Bubbja J was a One-toothed vampire, Peanut arrived in a Batmobile-type car and appeared as "Bat-nut" with Jose' Jalepeno portraying his version of Robin (which he called Reuben) as well as Peanut's dummy Little Jeff, who was dressed as the Batman villain "The Riddler" (except instead of question marks all over a green outfit, there were little L's all over because Peanut called him, 'Loser-man'), and finally Achmed the Dead Terrorist decked out in drag and trying to act like a blonde bombshell. As usual, Dunham began the show with a solo monologue of his current life and included several hilarious anecdotes about his new fiance', his daughters, and the family dog. The stage set was designed as a haunted house, and each character was presented through a movie-like trailer before being introduced on a different piece of the stage . I felt this presentation was very original, as I said before FRESH, and funnier than I expected it to be. My faith in his comedy has been renewed...
